Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the U.K, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. WE REGRET THAT WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ACCEPT ORDERS FOR THE UK AND THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
For your peace of mind all goods are despatched by 1st Class post. Delivery within the U.K, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands is charged at a standard rate of £3.00 for all orders under the value of £30.00. Orders valued over £30 will be charged at a rate of £4.50 and will have to be signed for. All orders over the value of £75 will be free of charge.
Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is charged at £10.00 for orders up to £15.00. All orders up to the value of £12,000 will be charged at £20.00.
All of our postal charges include VAT.
WE REGRET THAT WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ACCEPT ORDERS FOR DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK AND THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND
We will normally despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of order. Goods are despatched by 1st Class, signed for post or parcel carrier, and therefore should be received within 1 - 2 days of despatch. Orders sent to the Republic of Ireland will take up to 7 days to arrive.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, your credit card details are processed by SagePay, allowing you to shop on-line with confidence.
We guarantee your satisfaction, however, should you be unhappy with your purchase you have the right to cancel the contact within 7 working days for a full refund. Where products have a hygiene seal, please keep this in place unless you wish to keep the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Central Medical Supplies Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. After the initial 7 working day cancellation period all returned goods will only be accepted by us if faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please call our office on 01538 399541, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to tell us what items you wish to return. We will then issue you with a Returned Goods Authority (RGA) reference, and send you a post-paid envelope to return the goods in. Simply then return the items to us and we will either exchange the items, or refund the full price. Please obtain a proof of posting as we cannot be held liable for items lost in the post when being returned to us.
